I wrote this song in December 2011 and January 2012, mostly on trains moving back and forth between New Jersey and New York City. The inspiration for the song came from MakerBot, who asked Ghost Ghost to write a song for an upcoming video they had in production. The video and the song parted ways, I’m actually not sure whether the video was released. "Hey Princess” was later featured in MTV’s World of Jenks, in the season 2 finale!
